To Search for Documents That Match This Criteria OR That Criteria (Search Builder)

Open the Define Search dialog.

Set Look for to Documents, and if necessary specify the starting folder or work area to search in.

Select your criterion and click the Add Criteria button.

The specified criterion is added to the search criteria window (Or Group 1).

Click the Add OR Group button.

A new OR group (OR Group 2) opens on top of the original OR group (Or Group 1).

Select the same attribute as in step 2, this time using a different Value, and click the Add Criteria button.

The specified criterion is added to the search criteria window in Or Group 2.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 as necessary.

Click Apply or OK.

Documents matching your search criteria display in the search results list.
